By using the BimEnough.com website and downloading BimE Tools plugins, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our services.

BimE Tools is a free suite of plugins for Autodesk Revit that automates repetitive tasks and improves BIM workflow. The service includes:

5. Donations

Donations via PayPal are:

  • Voluntary: Not required for software use
  • Non-refundable: Once made, they cannot be cancelled
  • Non-binding: Do not create additional service obligations on our part
  • For support: Used to maintain and improve services

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer

BimE Tools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The software will function without errors or interruptions
  • It is compatible with all configurations
  • It will meet your specific needs
  • It will always be available for download

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will BimEnough be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Data loss or file corruption
  • Business interruptions
  • Economic losses arising from software use

Maximum liability is limited to the amount potentially donated in the last 12 months.
